Spagna Apartment è uno splendido appartamento nel cuore di Roma, a pochi passi da Piazza di Spagna. Si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo storico situato in Via di Propaganda.
L'appartamento dispone di squisiti spazi di soggiorno e sala da pranzo, una cucina a vista, due bagni e due camere da letto oltre che una cabina armadio.
I lussuosi pavimenti in legno di rovere, i tendaggi, le sedute ed i letti in pregiato velluto, i tavoli in mosaico di marmo antico, i bagni con le forniture di alto design e l'arredamento d'antiquariato di alta fascia fanno di questo appartamento la scelta ideale per famiglie, coppie o piccoli gruppi di amici, che cercano eleganza e comfort nel cuore della Città Eterna.
L'appartamento è composto da 2 camere da letto; una spaziosa suite con letto king size con bagno privato ed un'altra camera da letto con possibilità di 2 letti singoli o un matrimoniale e grande armadio a muro a tre ante. La zona notta è completata da un secondo bagno ed un'utile cabina armadio.
Le camere sono elegantemente arredate con mobili imperiali francesi (periodo 1800).
Nel soggiorno troviamo un tavolo in marmo antico, decorato a mosaico, che può ospitare fino a 6 persone; una TV 50' alla parete e due divani molto grandi e comodi che possono ospitare altre persone.
Tutte le camere hanno grandi finestre e soffitti alti, tipici degli antichi edifici romani.
Ogni stanza dell'appartamento è dotata di aria condizionata e riscaldamento.
La cucina è completamente attrezzata, compresa la lavastoviglie e il forno a microonde.
Completa l'appartamento una zona lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice.

Spagna, forse non sorprende, è focalizzata attorno all'omonima Piazza di Spagna. Insieme alla fontana di Trevi, è uno dei luoghi più visitati di tutta la città. Le cose non erano sempre così propizie: nel XVI secolo l'area era il quartiere a luci rosse di Roma, ma oggi è meglio conosciuta per il romanticismo coperto di vite di Via Margutta, sede del giornalista di Gregory Peck in Vacanze romane. Ammira le tecniche di pittura murale di Balthus a Villa Medici, percorri la scalinata di Piazza di Spagna (costruita dai francesi, dal nome della vicina ambasciata spagnola), e visita i negozi di design lungo Via del Babuino - prende il nome dalla statua distintiva della divinità greca Sileno. Leggermente a sud-est, troverai Via Veneto, che è stata immortalata nella Dolce Vita. Nonstante sia ancora sinonimo delle star del cinema glamour degli anni '60, la strada non è più il fulcro sociale di una volta, ma c'è ancora una romantica nostalgia legata ad essa.

Magnificent Apartment near Spanish Steps

Can't say enough about Alta Luxury Apartments and our host Edoardo. We enjoyed staying in this roomy yet cozy apartment that's a 2 minute walk from the Spanish Steps! The automatic built-in cappuccino/coffee machine was a huge hit as well. The beds were comfy and we slept well after full days of touring and sightseeing. This area is a shoppers dream come true. We couldn't have picked a better location for exploring Rome. The apartment is within easy walking distance from not only the Spanish Steps but Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo, Borghese Gallery and Museum, Piazza Navona and Piazza del Popolo. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to the Roman Forum and Colosseum. We had no trouble making the walk and even stopped into an amazing bakery along the way for breakfast. If walking is not your thing there is a cab stand literally a 30 second walk from the front door. We had no issues getting a cab at any time. Oh, and don't forget to book your tours through them as well. We took three tours utilizing the Alta Luxury Apartments web site for booking and had top notch service with Edoardo and amazing guides who pointed us to all the interesting sights and explained in detail the incredible facts associated with them. We highly recommend Alta Luxury Apartments - Spagna!

We absolutely did NOT want to leave. The apartment is perfectly located. The building is beautiful and the Elevator was so appreciated. The inside is posh and comfortable. We slept great! Definitely a highlight!
Five star vacation home with best location in Rome

We (family of four with two children) really enjoyed our stay at this property in July 2022. It is spacious: two bedroom, two bathroom, living room, kitchen, dining area, and a walk-in closet. This apartment has all the amenities we need: air-conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, dryer (not so common in Europe). The elevator in the building is very convenient especially for luggages on hot summer days. The apartment has prime location: right next to Spagna (Spanish Steps) and 5-minute walk to Trevi Fountain. We visited Trevi Fountain in the early morning when tourists are scarce. The taxi drivers in Rome were on strike in the first two days of our stay and we were never successful with Uber. Thanks to the central location of this apartment, most of sights we visited are within walking distance; Borghese Gallery, Villa Medici, Pantheon within 10-minute by walking. We also walked to Colosseum in the morning. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and shops are nearby. Edoardo was super helpful. He sent me a packet with all the information: instructions on the apartment, a list of restaurants, and activities. He was both proactive and responsive. He also helped to book a car to the airport. We had such a wonderful time that our children already asked when to go back to Rome and stay in the same place.
5+ Star Apartment in the Heart of Rome

This was the second time we have rented from Edoardo. He is the quintessential host - - very accommodating, kind, and helpful. A true gentleman. In 2019, we stayed for a week at Frezza with another couple. More recently, my husband and I stayed at Spagna for 8 days. Both apartments are in excellent locations and perfect in every way. Spagna's well lighted living room is attractively decorated with lots of comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV with Netflix and more. The kitchen has high end appliances and a wonderful Nespresso machine. We loved enjoying coffee every morning. While Edoardo leaves a nice selection to get you started, there is a Nespresso shop steps from the apartment and the coffee is less than half what we pay in the US. The bedrooms are nicely appointed with fabulous custom closets and more than ample drawer space. The two bathrooms are sparkling clean and up to date. You will feel right at home as the apartment is equipped with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, a dishwasher, washer and dryer, drying rack, along with an iron and ironing board. Edoardo has thought of everything! Spagna's location is in a beautiful area of Rome, by the Spanish Steps and within walking distance to all the famous sites. Look no further! We were searching for a good location to stay in Rome. We had originally booked 2 rooms at a hotel, and realized they were single occupancy. I have never used VRBO internationally so I was unsure how it would be. After searching through VRBO, I found Edoardo's listing. All the reviews were good and spoke about the location, so I went ahead and booked it. A few days before our arrival, Edoardo reached out on Whatsapp to get more info on our flights so he may coordinate the check in. He was easily accessible which was helpful since we had a delay. Upon arrival, the apartment was as described. Very clean and beautifully furnished. Edoardo was thorough with all the amenities the apartment had. He even had a book which had instructions on how to use the espresso machine. He also had a list of his favorite restaurants as well as the closest convention stores. The apartment had restaurants and shops the minute you walked out of the building! We made reservations at some of his recommended restaurants and they did not disappoint!! I would definitely stay here again!

My family of 4 had a great stay in Edoardo's apartment. He met us at check-in which was perfectly smooth. The apartment is beautiful and exactly as pictured. We had trouble with the espresso machine the first morning and sent Edoardo a message- he responded immediately and "trouble-shot" the problem sending us photos of how to fix it. He was extremely responsive and even met us at check out to help with the bags and car that he had booked for us. We would all highly recommend this apartment- we walked everywhere from the central location. We did not have to take public transportation once. We also booked tours through the service he provides and our guide, Marta, made our trip to Rome. She was all-knowing and answered all of our (many) questions. She even followed up by email after our final tour after researching something that we had discussed that day. She's passionate and was wonderful with our 14 and 10 year olds. Their favorite part of Rome was the time spent with Marta. Don't hesitate to book through this service. All in all we would recommend to anyone- family, couples etc. Biggest bonus- a washer AND dryer in the apartment! We used it very frequently as the Rome stay was in the middle of our trip so we had a ton of laundry to do! We can't wait to come back and would absolutely book through Alta Luxury Apartments again in a heartbeat.

Edoardo and his father went above and beyond regarding our stay. The apartment exceeded my expectations; every detail of the classical unit was accounted for. The floors and details were so well thought-out and expertly executed. Clean, spacious, excellent air conditioning in all rooms, quiet at night! And the location, FANTASTIC, located literally steps from Piazza di Spagna, and the main shopping avenues of Rome. We will definitely stay again here!
Zentrale Wohnung für gehobene Ansprüche

Hier passt einfach alles zusammen: 1. Die Lage der Wohnung - 300 Meter von der Spanischen Treppe, 10 Gehminuten zum Trevibrunnen, 15 Minuten zum Pantheon und Piazza Navona, das Leben, die Bars, die Shops, alles ist da. Trotz dieser zentralen Lage ist es im Inneren der Wohnung wie in einer Oase ruhig, da sie zum Hinterhof liegt. Dennoch kommt durch die großen Fenster viel Luft herein, keine unangenehmen Gerüche, alles wunderbar. 2. Die Ausstattung Wunderbar römisch schön eingerichtet, Bett mit sehr guter Matratze. Beide Badezimmer sind sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet, die Küche hat Miele Geräte (z. B. ein eingebauter Miele- Nespressoautomat) und einen wunderschönen Granit. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr gemütlich, man kann sich zwischen den Besichtigungen wunderbar erholen. Auch das kleinere Schlafzimmer ist ausreichend (wir waren mit unserer 16 jährigen Patentochter unterwegs, die das Zimmer sehr geschätzt hat). Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock eines herrschaftlichen Hauses mit hohen Stockwerken und hohen Räumen. Ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, der einwandfrei funktioniert. 3. Transport und Service Es empfiehlt sich, den von unserem Vermieter Eduardo angebotenen Flughafen-Transport dazuzubuchen. Dieser ist sehr pünktlich und kostet nur 10 Euro mehr als das normale Taxi. Es hat den Vorteil, dass sich der Fahrer mit Eduardo abspricht, und Eduardo bei Ankunft bereits vor der Tür steht, um einen zu empfangen. Genauso bei der Abfahrt. Eduardo kümmert sich um alles sehr freundlich, schnell und effektiv. Als die Kaffeemaschine eine kleine Funktionsstörung hatte, wurde diese innerhalb einer Stunde behoben. Eduardo gibt gute Tipps und ist jederzeit über Handy oder e-Mail erreichbar und antwortet sofort. Die Wohnung ist ihren Preis mit total wert, wenn man bedenkt, was ein kleines, vergleichbar gut ausgestattetes Hotelzimmer in Rom kostet, ist der Preis völlig in Ordnung - vor allen Dingen bekommt aber auch die entsprechende Gegenleistung dafür. Für uns also ein Volltreffer, eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

The property itself was simply amazing, it was clean, conveniently located, spacious and with all the amenitities we need! The location is by far the best in Rome. Everything you need is basically within walking distance which is also an added plus. Edoardo made the check in and checkout process very easy & even made great suggestions on places to visit while we were there. He was also easy accessible with any questions or concerns that we may have had. He was the best! Overall we had a wonderful time & we would definitely be staying at this property again.
